Job Summary

This position will assist the System Analysts on the Applications Team. This is a fully onsite position based in Fall River, MA.

Duties and Responsibilities Requirements Analysis & Technical Documentation
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements using techniques like data modeling, process mapping, and use case development.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, API documentation, and integration workflows.
  • Validate requirements against system architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
System Configuration & Testing
  • Configure application settings and workflows based on business needs.
  • Develop and execute test cases, SQL queries, and data validation scripts to ensure system accuracy.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot defects with development teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Perform data extraction and analysis using SQL.
  • Generate reports on system performance, error logs, and usage metrics.
  • Identify trends and anomalies to support decision‑making and process improvements.
Tool & Environment Management
  • Maintain and optimize project and system tracking tools.
Communication & Technical Liaison
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical support for system‑related inquiries and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Ensure stakeholders are informed of technical impacts, dependencies, and release schedules.
Responsibilities for Food Safety
  • Responsible for completing required paperwork accurately and honestly as applicable.
  • Must adhere to all corporate GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and all Food and Employee Safety policies.
  • Must adhere to all Allergen control programs and procedures as applicable.
  • Responsible for reporting suspicious packages, activities, and individuals.
  • If monitoring CCPs (Critical Control Points), must be trained in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and adhere to approved HACCP plan(s).

Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Actively enrolled in a Business‑related field of study, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
