This second‑shift role assists FSQ Management in maintaining overall product quality and safety, completing tasks and documenting FSQ responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Receive leadership and daily direction from shift FSQ Sr. Technician & Supervisor.
- Notify Tech Level 2 or higher when non‑conformances are noted and assure proper documentation.
- Perform required finished product testing, complete documentation, and enter data for all FSQ activities.
- Conduct food safety inspections in the production environment (e.g., inter‑batch cleaning).
- Conduct QPE and Packout quality audits to ensure all batching and packaging specifications are maintained.
- Perform GMP and SSOP daily inspections.
- Complete weekly and monthly tasks.
- Perform second‑day testing, raw material inspections, and data entry.
- Organize finished product retains.
- Inform the team of raw material issues.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments as required.
- Inspect finished product for food safety hazards, including foreign material.
- Other duties with similar skills, work conditions, and responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Food handling experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Paperwork verification experience preferred.
