We’re seeking a motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative to support and grow sales of Graham-Field products across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), Dialysis Clinics, and Hospital settings.
This is a high-impact, entry-level sales role designed for someone eager to break into medical sales, develop strong clinical knowledge, and build lasting relationships within diverse care environments.
About the RoleIn this role, you’ll focus on promoting and selling Graham-Field’s comprehensive portfolio of patient care solutions—including mobility, safety, furnishings, and clinical support products—into a wide range of healthcare facilities. You’ll engage with clinicians, administrators, purchasing teams, and decision-makers to drive product adoption, improve patient outcomes, and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Skilled Nursing Care facilities, ASCs, Dialysis Clinics, and Hospitals through proactive outreach and account research
- Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline within assigned markets
- Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations tailored to clinical and operational needs
- Collaborate with field sales representatives to support territory growth and strategic account initiatives
- Coordinate product trials, in-service education, and onboarding programs for clinical staff
- Support pricing discussions, generate quotes, and assist with contract coordination
- Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, drive repeat business, and build long-term partnerships

Professional DevelopmentYou’ll enter a two‑year development program that combines a base salary and commission structure with immersive, hands‑on training in medical sales
. This includes structured sales methodology, territory management, clinical education, and field‑based experience with seasoned mentors.
