Robert J McCabe Construction Inc is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our field operations team. This hands‑on role involves framing, finishing, and general carpentry work for residential construction and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will bring precision, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to every job site.

Key Responsibilities- Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks on residential job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and sketches to ensure precise execution
- Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and other finish elements
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of job sites
- Work collaboratively with crew members and subcontractors
- Comply with all company and OSHA safety standards
- Participate in company meetings and ongoing training as scheduled
- Complete assignments on schedule and with a high level of craftsmanship
- 3+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to read and follow construction plans
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
