Robert J McCabe Construction Inc is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our field operations team. This hands‑on role involves framing, finishing, and general carpentry work for residential construction and remodeling projects. • Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks on residential job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and sketches to ensure precise execution
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, trim, and other finish elements
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of job sites
• Work collaboratively with crew members and subcontractors
• Comply with all company and OSHA safety standards
• Participate in company meetings and ongoing training as scheduled
• Complete assignments on schedule and with a high level of craftsmanship

• 3+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and follow construction plans
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Full‑Time

Monday–Friday, with potential for weekends and overtime depending on project demands
