• Trade apprenticeship completed with relevant joinery experience (mainly 2nd fix)
• Experience in first and second fix joinery, tiling, flooring, and kitchen fitting
• Full clean driving licence
• Knowledge of working at heights or roof repairs is desirable
• Experience working on maintenance contracts or in the construction industry preferred
• Fire door qualification is an advantage

• Perform repairs and maintenance inside social housing properties to high standards
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company protocols
• Participate in a call-out rota providing responsive repair services
  
  Accurately measure, report, and complete necessary documentation
• Travel across Northern Ireland, mainly within Greater Belfast and County Down
• Inspect fire doors and carry out minor installation work as required
