KMOS-TV is the central Missouri provider of Public television. KMOS-TV is based in the heart of the UCM campus in Wood 11. KMOS-TV content includes Emmy award winning educational, engaging and entertaining programming for children and adults. The Membership Student will be located in the KMOS-TV suite of offices reporting to the Membership Coordinator and will work closely with other members of the Membership team to ensure a seamless membership experience for all KMOS members, donors and supporters.
The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills, be able to pay close attention to detail, be trusted to work with confidential data and be able to successfully manage their own time in support of department deadlines. The successful candidate must be capable of working as part of a team or independently, be reliable, punctual and display a confidential and professional manner at all times.

Duties Include:
- Data entry and updates to KMOS Member information in various KMOS databases.
- Coordinate mail and premium packages for distribution.
- Maintain a current inventory of in-house premiums.
- Assist with program break data entry into the KMOS PBS database.
- Undertake telephone calls to and from members in regard to general membership details.
- Provide general support to the Membership team and Membership customer service.
- Assist visitors to KMOS-TV's main office and resolve inquiries in a professional and courteous manner as needed.
- Undertake any other general administrative duties, as assigned by the Membership Team such as photocopying, writing letters, emails, and event preparation.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Membership Coordinator.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently Enrolled in UCM courses
Experience:
- Students from all majors are encouraged to apply.
- Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Desktop Publishing.
- Knowledge of Google apps and Microsoft office preferred.
- Attention to detail, Communication skills, including oral, written, and/or nonverbal, Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines, Maintain confidentiality, Human Relations/Interpersonal skills, Knowledge of a University environment preferred.
- Professional appearance.
Working Days and Hours:
- Monday - Friday flexible schedule between 8a-5p
- No more than 20 hours a week
