Customer Service Rep
Union Bowling Center Attendant
Under the direction of the Bowling Manager, the Union Bowling Center Attendant serves as a customer service representative to patrons for the Union Bowling Center in support of the Elliott Student Union's missions.
Examples of Duties- Opens and closes the Union Bowling Center as determined by hours of operation.
- Conducts cash and credit transactions.
- Balances cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Assigns lanes and related equipment to customers.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Provides an excellent customer experience.
- Completes all daily operational paperwork and record-keeping.
- Coordinates with other Elliott Student Union sectors to ensure cohesive quality service.
- Attends all staff and training meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Must be currently enrolled at the University of Central Missouri
- 2.5 GPA
Experience:
- Basic computer and cash handling skills
- Ability to think and troubleshoot on a wide range of issues
- Ability to provide sound customer service to patrons
- Portrays a positive attitude and an approachable demeanor
Working Hours and Days:
- This is a part-time (10-20 hours/week) position with various work hours. Evening, day, and weekend hours will be required.

Full-time staff & 12-month faculty benefits-eligible position:
