Job Title

Union Bowling Center Attendant

Under the direction of the Bowling Manager, the Union Bowling Center Attendant serves as a customer service representative to patrons for the Union Bowling Center in support of the Elliott Student Union's missions.

Duties Include:

• Opens and closes the Union Bowling Center as determined by hours of operation.
• Conducts cash and credit transactions.
• Balances cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Assigns lanes and related equipment to customers.
• Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Provides an excellent customer experience.
• Completes all daily operational paperwork and record-keeping.
• Coordinates with other Elliott Student Union sectors to ensure cohesive quality service.
• Attends all staff and training meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• Must be currently enrolled at the University of Central Missouri
• 2.5 GPA

Experience:

• Basic computer and cash handling skills
• Ability to think and troubleshoot on a wide range of issues
• Ability to provide sound customer service to patrons
• Portrays a positive attitude and an approachable demeanor

Working Hours and Days:

• This is a part-time (10-20 hours/week) position with various work hours. Evening, day, and weekend hours will be required.
