Description
This position is responsible for assisting KMOS-TV staff with the promotion and marketing of its programming and related services. It requires the ability to compose and edit text for clarity, and to edit/design images for additional impact. The selected student will be comfortable using a variety of software as KMOS seeks to reach audiences on a wide variety of platforms. Only online applications will be reviewed.

- Composing and editing promotional text for programs.
- Creating email newsletters.
- Assisting in design and data entry for program guide.
- Website edits and updates.
- Producing print and digital marketing materials.
- Assisting the Promotion Coordinator with projects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently Enrolled in UCM courses
- Word processing, desktop publishing, web page maintenance, Adobe Creative Cloud software, and social media.
- Graphic design, publications, marketing, writing/proofreading or related.
- Mon-Fri up to 20hrs
- A cover letter is required for this position.
Full-time staff & 12-month faculty benefits-eligible position:

- 30.25% (staff) and 6% (faculty) defined retirement contribution, paid 100% by the university;
