Overview
The position of Traffic Assistant is responsible for preparing the day-to-day broadcast logs for all four of KMOS-TV’s channels. This position is a year round position including the summer. The hours are flexible Monday through Friday and may occasionally require some evening and weekend work. Only online applications will be reviewed. This position is open to students from any major.
- Preparing the daily broadcast logs and entering promo reel and promotional assets into KMOS-TV’s broadcast database software.
- Double checking sponsorship messaging.
- Working with the operations department to maintain the quality of KMOS-TV’s channels.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Currently Enrolled in UCM courses
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills, including oral, written, and/or nonverbal
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality
- Monday - Friday, up to 20 hours
