The Department of Management Graduate Assistant position involves supporting faculty with a variety of academic and administrative tasks, including scholarly research assistance, department event planning, support for the IBE program, and other administrative duties.

• Assisting with department event planning
• Assisting with the IBE program
• Conducting searches for peer-reviewed literature
• Assisting with scholarly research
• Performing various additional duties as needed

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Currently admitted to a UCM graduate degree program
• 3.0 or higher graduate level GPA if previous graduate level courses have been taken
• 2.7 or higher undergraduate level GPA if no previous graduate level courses have been taken
• MBA candidates preferred
• Management discipline and familiarity with UCM IBE program preferred

Experience

Qualifications:

• Organization and time management skills
• Familiarity with American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition formatting standards in academic and professional documents

• GA Type: Research
• GA Hour Expectations: 10 hours per week
• Start Date of Position: 08/10/2026
• End Date of Position: 12/11/2026
• Total Stipend for Semester: $2,475
