Clerical Support Position
Looking for detail oriented person to work no more than 20 hours per week during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm). Ideal candidate must exhibit a strong work ethic, exercise sound judgment, attention to detail, and work collaboratively as a team member. He or she must be dependable, conscientious, and self-motivated to accomplish tasks. Additionally, the candidate must have a friendly, positive, and professional attitude, and must maintain confidentiality.
Physical abilities: must be able to lift 25 pounds. Students with Federal Work-Study preferred.
- Greets faculty, staff, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Clerical support, including data entry, copying, faxing, scanning, indexing, shredding, filing, hand- deliveries across campus, answering phones.
- Assists with special projects and preparation for events.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Basic computer proficiency;
Word, Excel spreadsheet, Google Sheets, Adobe. Good customer service and communication skills.
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
