  • Support overall operations
  • Serve as an information specialist and general point-of-contact for early college programs and services, to include:
    Innovation Track, domestic and international Dual Credit, Project Lead the Way, Missouri Innovation Campus, visiting and homeschooled students, WeMET consortium, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to Director and Coordinators.
  • Oversee teacher application process.
  • Supervise and train student employees and graduate assistants.
  • Examples of Duties Support overall operations - 60%
    • Discern and apply appropriate procedure for student admission, enrollment, and withdrawal based on programmatic need, student population, and credit type.
    • Verify accuracy of application and presence of eligibility criteria. Maintain and exchange general school, teacher and student records. Track students participating in pilot programs, scholarship awards, credit type adjustments, etc.
    • Support and maintain document imaging, indexing and record sharing practices.
    • Create, link and maintain course sections. Coordinate with Registrar's office course and grade rollovers. Assist faculty liaison with site visit records; collect, record and forward reports for payment. Produce Argos reports as needed.
    • Coordinate mass mailings, student billing, and other communication efforts.
    Serve as information specialist and general POC for all programs and services - 20%
    • Provide accurate information about office functions, procedures and deadlines related to early college programs to include:
      Innovation Track, domestic and international Dual Credit, Project Lead the Way, Missouri Innovation Campus, visiting and homeschooled students, WeMET consortium, etc.
    • Facilitate knowledge of application process and qualification requirements to prospective teachers.
    • Provide prompt and accurate response to all routine inquiries and direct to appropriate person if needed.
    Oversee teacher applications - 10%
    • Collect and verify paperwork; maintain electronic and paper records; route requests to appropriate academic college for evaluation and decision; maintain adequate communication between internal and external parties regarding application status; work with HR generalist to fulfill documentation needs as well as timely and adequate onboarding of new faculty adjuncts.
    Provide administrative support to the Dual Credit Director and Coordinator(s) - 5%
    • Assist with the logistics, planning and organizing of multiple on/off‑campus training and recruiting events; orders office supplies; monitor and assist with special projects or tasks as needed.
    Supervise and train student employees and graduate assistants - 5%
    • Hire, train, and supervise student employees and graduate assistants; serve as mentor and role model.
    Typical Qualifications Education
    • Associate’s degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field required
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Business, or related field preferred
    Experience
    • Four years office administrative or program support experience – required.
    • Knowledge of early college programs – preferred.

    The anticipated start date for this position is Monday, May 18th, 2026.
