Job Details

Responsibilities:
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing the maintenance of all plant equipment, ensuring optimal uptime and reliability.
2. Supervising Maintenance Lead Technicians, Electronic Technicians, Maintenance Technicians.
3. Developing, implementing, and managing all maintenance practices.
4. Utilizing your knowledge of electricity, electronics, controls, PLC's, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plant engineering to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
5. Planning and scheduling equipment maintenance to optimize uptime and reduce downtime.
6. Conducting root cause analysis for equipment failures and implementing effective corrective actions.
7. Training and mentoring maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry.
2. A strong understanding of maintenance strategies, including predictive and total productive maintenance (TPM).
3. Proven experience in supervising and leading diverse teams.
4. Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints.
5. Advanced knowledge of electricity, electronics, controls, PLC's, pneumatics, hydraulics, and plant engineering.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on root cause analysis and corrective action.
7. Excellent planning and scheduling skills, with a focus on optimizing equipment uptime.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
9. A relevant degree or certification in Engineering or a related field experience.
