Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Starting Wage: $16.00 - $18.50.

Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.

• Work primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events; adhere to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements; conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow to achieve success.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity-based wage increases.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver, and/or Warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience required if you can bring discipline.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• No degree needed; candidates returning to the workforce, those with military experience, and those with reliable transportation are encouraged to apply.

• Minimum of three years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, be in low level positions such as squatting or crouching, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs, and travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
