As Claim Aid’s Patient Resource Advocate in Missouri, you will serve as an expert who is able to support individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage.

Qualifications of a
Patient Resource Advocate include (but are not limited to):
- Required:
Administrative work experience and organizational expertise - Required:
Customer service experience and the ability to maintain a professional, positive demeanor - Required:
Problem solving and analytical skills - Required:
Willingness to travel intermittently, as needed - Valued:
Experience following HIPAA regulations - Education:
High school diploma required.
