The City of Warrensburg is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team at the Warrensburg Community Center. This full-time position offers a starting rate of $18.73 + and comes with a comprehensive benefits package. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating maintenance services across the Community Center and other areas managed by the Parks & Recreation Department. You ll work closely with our maintenance crew, including custodial and other maintenance workers, to ensure that equipment, furnishings, and tools are maintained to the highest standards. Your role will also involve creating a safe environment that supports positive public relations and addressing any public complaints with professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience or an associate’s degree preferred. A current Missouri driver’s license is required. We are looking for someone who can work independently and collaboratively, effectively prioritize tasks, and contribute positively to our team.
