Production Supervisor

Compensation: $60,000 - $71,000 per year | Warrensburg, MO | On‑Site | Permanent

Job Details Responsibilities

Leading, coaching, and developing production associates to promote accountability, engagement, and strong performance. Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

Monitoring key production metrics such as yield, scrap, uptime, takt, and labor efficiency. Identifying and addressing performance gaps, implementing corrective actions to ensure optimal productivity.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem‑solving tools. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and leading implementation.

Supporting new product introductions, process changes, and equipment launches. Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition and successful launch.

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role.
Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
Knowledge of key production metrics and ability to monitor and improve them.
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem‑solving tools (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
Strong problem‑solving skills, able to think strategically and make sound decisions.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
