Production Supervisor

Salary: $60,000 - $71,000 per year.

• Leading, coaching, and developing production associates to promote accountability, engagement, and strong performance. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring key production metrics such as yield, scrap, uptime, takt, and labor efficiency. Identify and address performance gaps, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure optimal productivity.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem‑solving tools. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead implementation of these initiatives.
• Supporting new product introductions, process changes, and equipment launches. Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth transition and successful launch of new products and processes.

• 1‑3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Knowledge of key production metrics and the ability to monitor and improve these metrics.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and problem‑solving tools (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
