- Provide skilled nursing care to assigned patients.
- Administer and document medications and treatments.
- Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
- Educate patients and families on care plans.
- Participate in planning and evaluating patient care.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Monitor and report patient conditions and vital signs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
- Support unit operations and assume charge duties as needed.
