Agape Care Group in Missouri is seeking an After-Hours Hospice Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team. This is a salaried, full-time role covering after-hours on call from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, supported by our 24/7 RN triage department and local hospice staff.
You will advocate for patients and their families, coordinate care with the plan of care, and maintain communication among the patient, family, and care team.
