- Assistant Director of Nursing to partner with the Director of Nursing Services in managing our skilled nursing facility. You will lead clinical operations, ensure quality of care, and drive excellence across nursing teams.
The ADON will supervise staffing, participate in QA/QI programs, attend Medicare and Care Plan meetings, and act as Director in their absence. Missouri LPN/RN license required, strong regulatory knowledge essential.
