Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Food and Consumable associates focus on caring for customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
