• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns
• Operating cash register
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise availability for customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed store performance goals and objectives
• Performing job‑related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, providing backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, ensuring plan‑ogram compliance, ordering inventory, product counting, equipment maintenance, and training new employees

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma/GED, or at least six months of related job experience
• Minimum three months of cashier experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
