Key Responsibilities- Achieve Sales Targets:
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service. - Leadership and Initiative:
Take ownership of your sales territory, propose new ideas for improvement, and lead by example in promoting a positive sales culture. - Self‑Motivation and Drive:
Set and achieve personal and team goals, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated in a fast‑paced environment. - Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients. - Continuous Improvement:

- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license – licensing reimbursement offered)
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post‑high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
Full‑time
Pay$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Benefits- A competitive weekly draw pay with commission and bonuses from the start.
