Building Maintenance, Carpentry
Job Title
Assist carpenters and/or painters, to include:
Rough-in work, including all work prior to the finished product. Hang, tape, and/or repair sheet rock. Install suspended ceilings and replace ceiling tiles. Repair, hang, and install doors and windows. Install and repair floor tile and linoleum. Install towel bars and soap dispensers. Replace door closures. Install and replace guttering. Repair overhead doors. Install fuse links and springs. Replace stair treads and risers.
Assemble and finish small projects, as assigned.

Typical QualificationsEducation:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of related trade school may substitute for experience requirement.
Experience:
- Minimum six months experience in the carpentry trade.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Physical/Environmental Factors:
- Exposure to fumes and/or chemicals
- Lifting (weight) - 85 lbs
- Ability to work in cramped spaces.
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
