OverviewAerial Construction Lineman (Traveling) — Full Time Field Worker, MO RDOF, Warrensburg, MO, US
Salary Range: 25.00 to 35.00 hourly

Aerial Construction Lineman (Traveling)
Job Summary
To construct strand infrastructure and lash fiber cables to strand.
Responsibilities- Operate bucket truck as well as other equipment related to aerial fiber construction
- Set up the job (strand trailer, fiber trailer and caddies)
- Maintain clearances from other utilities, ground, road, highway, sidewalk and non-pedestrian areas
- Frame poles according to industry specifications
- Lash/over-lash single and multiple cable bundles of fiber cables
- Read and interpret network prints
- Safely climb poles using gaffs or ladders
- Follow OSHA safety requirements to complete the job safely and efficiently
- Communicate by phone frequently throughout the workday
- Follow directions from the crew leader
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Combination of technical training and/or experience
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Previous experience in a construction environment preferred
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Must be able to work nights and weekends, if necessary
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass drug, background, DOT and MVR screenings
