CDL-A Truck Driver – Earn $93‑106 K, Home Weekly

Full‑time dedicated account position.

Compensation

• $93‑106 k per year, plus a $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid as $250 after the first load and $250 per month for the next nine months.
• CPM starting at $.79‑$.82, max $.90, with a $.01 increase every six months.
• $55 per stop and $100 per trailer unload.

Requirements

• At least six months of Class A CDL driving experience in the past three years (no more than nine jobs in that period).
• No failed or refused DOT drug tests, including SAP program completion.
• No terminations from your last driving job.
• Clean driving record: maximum two moving violations in the last 12 months (or three in the last 36 months), maximum two seat‑belt violations in the last 24 months, no speeding violations over 11‑14 mph above the limit in the last 12 months, no pending violations, no more than two out‑of‑service violations in the last year, no serious offenses in the last three years, no DOT recordable preventable accidents in the last 12 months, no more than two preventable accidents in the last 12 months, no more than four accidents in the same period, and all DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the last three years must have an accident report.
• No felonies in the last five years.

Training

• Orientation in St. Louis, followed by 3‑5 days of training and assignment to a trainee mentor.

Additional Details

• Drivers are home weekly and may take their truck home; a secure parking area is required.
• Pets and riders are allowed after completion of training, with a stipend of $200 per day.
