GHR Healthcare - PH Division is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.

Location:

Warrensville Heights, OH 44122 (Cleveland, Ohio area).

Unit/Setting: MS/Tele – 7 Observation.

Start Date:

03/13/2026.

End Date: 06/12/2026.

Contract Length: 13-week travel nursing contract.

Schedule:

Night shift, 12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30).

Hours:

36 hours/week.

Shift Duration: 12 Hour Nights.

Openings: 1.

Employment Type:

Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN).

Orientation:
Includes unit orientation and required assessments during orientation.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience, including at least 18 months in a permanent (non-travel) Med/Surg Tele role.
• License:
  Active Ohio RN license or Compact RN license in hand prior to start.
• Certifications:
  
  AHA BLS and ACLS (active, no pending status).
• Clinical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to pass ECG rhythm interpretation/telemetry rhythm recognition and medication safety assessment during orientation.
• References:
  One supervisory reference (manager/ANM/supervisor/director) in Med/Surg Telemetry.
• Availability:
  Must be able to work at least every other holiday.

• Work as a Registered Nurse (RN) supporting MS/Tele patient care on 7 Observation.
• Complete required orientation assessments, including telemetry rhythm recognition (ECG rhythm interpretation) and medication safety assessment (Safe Medicate).
