Med/Surg Telemetry RN travel opportunity (Night shift) in Warrensville Heights, OH — seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele) for a 13-week travel contract in the Cleveland area. Great travel nursing job for RNs with strong telemetry and medical/surgical skills.

• Location: Warrensville Heights, Ohio (44122) — Cleveland suburbs
• Position: Med/Surg Telemetry RN / Registered Nurse (RN)
• Setting: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Unit (9 Surgical)
• Contract Type: Travel Nurse (13-week contract)
• Shift: Night, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Duration: 13 weeks (April 17, 2026 – July 17, 2026)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910-$2010

• Minimum 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (telemetry nursing / medical-surgical experience required)
• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or Compact State (license must be in hand at time of submission)
• AHA BLS & ACLS certifications (active, no pending)
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Tele specialty (required for submission)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate during orientation (maximum 2 attempts)

• Provide high-quality patient care as a Med/Surg Telemetry RN during night shifts; monitor telemetry and respond to changes in condition
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document care accurately and efficiently
• Perform ECG rhythm recognition and intervene per unit protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in unit orientation, ongoing competency assessments, and maintain clinical documentation
• Work at least every other holiday as part of the team schedule
