About This Role

As an RN in the Dialysis ICU at Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital, you will provide specialized care to patients requiring various dialysis treatments. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers who are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

  Days from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. + on-call variable shifts with weekend and holiday rotation

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Dialysis ICU
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans
• Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients' conditions
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs
• Educate patients and their families

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN program)

• One year of current acute care (ICU, critical care, PCU) RN experience OR military RN experience
• Inpatient hospital experience

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) OR the American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within the first year of employment
