• Minimum of 18 months recent OR experience (scrubbing, circulating, robotic, GU, GYN, or General)
• Must have 18 months permanent OR experience
• AHA BLS required; all certifications must be active with no pending status
• Must possess a permanent Ohio RN license in hand pact licenses accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward.
• COVID‑19 vaccine required; medical or religious exemptions only
• Flu vaccine required; medical or religious exemptions only
• Must have two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applied for, based on assignments worked in the past 12 months.
• All required certifications and licensing must be in good standing; no license hits accepted.
• Must be prepared to complete ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation; two attempts allowed.
• BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility and will not be accepted.
• BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.
• Extensions may be negotiated for up to 18 months; a 6‑month break is required thereafter, unless waived on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Modules are recorded via Silkroad and must be completed.
