American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift hospital position requiring an active OH or compact RN license and prior telemetry experience.

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 18-week assignment with 13-20 week contract options

• Active OH RN license or compact license in hand at time of consideration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required, NIHSS preferred
• Minimum of 1 year combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
• No pending certifications accepted; must be active at time of consideration

• Provide direct patient care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients on the night shift
• Facility does not accept candidates with open background check cases or license hits
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only
• Travelers expected to work every other holiday
• ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments completed during orientation, with up to two attempts to pass
• Nurses are exempt from the facility's nicotine-free requirement
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent or per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
