Security Officer Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or potential hazards;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Support a professional environment by providing directions, assisting with routine inquiries, and following post orders related to patient privacy, restricted areas, and/or after-hours access
