Signarama Cleveland is looking for a highly skilled carpenter or well-rounded construction professional who takes pride in their craft and is ready to apply their skills in a new, growing industry.

This is not an entry-level installer position. We’re looking for someone who can walk onto a site, assess the situation, and execute with confidence.

• Installing monument signs, channel letters, cabinets & dimensional letters
• Structural mounting to masonry, steel, and wood framing
• Concrete footing and post setting
• Operating bucket trucks, lifts, skid steers, and jobsite equipment
• Reading blueprints and site plans
• Wiring and connecting illuminated signage (electrical experience strongly desired)
• Leading and mentoring crew members
• Representing our company professionally on job sites

• 10+ years of construction or carpentry experience
• Strong working knowledge of all hand and power tools
• Comfortable operating heavy equipment
• Electrical experience preferred (120V/240V, basic wiring, conduit helpful)
• Ability to problem‑solve independently
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
• Leadership mindset
• Clean driving record
