Cashier​/Receptionist

Position: Cashier / Receptionist
Warrenton Toyota is a rapidly growing automotive company in Warrenton, Virginia. We represent one of the best brands in the automotive industry. Warrenton Toyota is currently seeking a Cashier/ Receptionist to join our team at our Warrenton location.

SCOPE OF WORK:

* Reports to work every day scheduled, on time, with a cooperative and friendly attitude.

* Completes all necessary paperwork accurately and balances out cash drawer with detailed explanations for any discrepancies.

* Makes constant effort to improve knowledge of Booking and Cashiering Process.

* Properly checks in all Service and Sales Rental Vehicles and ensures all TRAC agreements are completed properly.

* Promptly answers all incoming telephone calls in a timely and courteous manner and routes calls to the appropriate destination.

* Greets customers in a professional and courteous manner as they arrive and directs them to the appropriate destination.

* Performs various clerical support tasks and has knowledge and ability to perform others as needed according to the Receptionist job descriptions in order to support Sales staff.

* Pay Scale: $15 per hour.

Qualifications

* Ability to accommodate a rotating schedule,

* Professional manner with a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers

* Excellent verbal & written communication skills

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
