This role is centered on the effective instruction, presentation, and facilitation of established coursework for audiences operating in government and secure‑space environments. The instructor will be responsible for clearly communicating complex technical, regulatory, and compliance requirements in a manner that is engaging, practical, and tailored to the experience level of each audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the logistical execution of training events, including classroom setup, coordination of training spaces, and preparation of instructional environments.
  • Set up and take down, as well as manage training supplies, audiovisual equipment, presentation tools, and SPG marketing or instructional materials at each training location.
  • Travel to government and client sites nationwide to deliver on‑site training as required.
Qualifications
  • Five (5) or more years of professional experience working with ICD 705 compliance in government, intelligence community, or secure facility environments (preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in ICD 705 and TEMPEST requirements, including physical and technical security considerations.
  • Prior experience working within government, federal contracting, or secure‑space industries.
  • Proven ability to instruct, brief, or train professional audiences on complex technical and compliance‑driven topics.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage audiences and present material clearly, confidently, and effectively.
  • Ability to assess audience knowledge levels and adapt instruction style and technical depth accordingly.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship:

  • Ability to travel nationally to deliver on‑site training sessions.
  • Comfortable operating audiovisual equipment and presentation technology in classroom and conference environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to the development and refinement of SPG training courses.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional instructor or trainer certification (e.g., ATD, CompTIA CTT+).
  • Familiarity with secure facility construction life cycles and accreditation workflows.
