Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Repairer / Armament Advisor and Instructor (MOS 15Y) to provide AH-64
Ev6 armament maintenance training, technical mentorship, and maintenance program assistance to the Egyptian Air Force. The position will focus on the skills associated with a U.S. Army 15Y AH-64 Armament Repairer.
- Advise and assist EAF aviation maintenance personnel.
- Provide AH-64
Ev6 armament maintenance instruction. - Train EAF personnel on scheduled maintenance.
- Train EAF personnel on unscheduled maintenance.
- Assist with maintenance flow-chart management.
- Assist with aircraft bank-hour tracking.
- Provide guidance on parts ordering.
- Support production control.
- Support quality control.
- Assist with Technical Inspector duties when designated.
- Assist with AGSE documentation.
- Assist with Oil Analysis Program activities.
- Provide technical mentorship to EAF armament maintenance personnel.
- Demonstrate appropriate maintenance procedures for training purposes.
- Support development of sustainable armament maintenance capabilities.
- Assist with maintenance SOP development.
- Support FOD prevention, tool control, quality control, and production control programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be qualified as a U.S. Army MOS 15Y AH-64E Armament Repairer.
- Minimum 5 years performing or supervising AH-64D/E maintenance.
- Minimum 3 years performing or supervising AH-64
Ev6 maintenance requiring the skills of a 15Y. - Active Secret Security Clearance required prior to deployment.
- Valid official U.S. passport required.
- U.S. citizenship required unless an approved Government exception applies.
- Ability to complete all required pre-deployment requirements.
- AH-64
Ev6 Technical Inspector experience. - Production Control experience.
- Quality Control experience.
- Maintenance leadership experience.
- Platoon Sergeant experience.
- Foreign military aviation training/advisory experience.
- Experience establishing or improving aviation armament maintenance programs.
