Job Description & How to Apply Below
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and day to day service needs
- Support onboarding and administration of trust and settlement related accounts
- Proactively identify client needs, issues, and opportunities rather than waiting for direction
- Manage assigned projects, audits, and internal initiatives from start to finish
- Assist with documentation, account maintenance, compliance reviews, and process improvement efforts
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate client service
- Support conference follow up, client communications, and relationship management
- Maintain strict confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all client interactions
- Exceptional attention to detail. You notice the missing signature, the number that does not reconcile, or the date that contradicts another document. Small errors bother you, and you catch them before they reach a client.
- Strong critical thinking and judgment. Once trained, you do not need black-and-white instructions for every situation. When something falls outside the playbook, you reason through it, weigh the options, and choose a sensible course of action.
- A solutions-oriented mindset. You bring answers, not just problems. When something goes wrong, our first thought should be that you already have a plan, not that there is one more issue for someone else to sort out.
- Sound escalation instincts. You understand that good judgment includes knowing your limits. You escalates matters that genuinely need a second set of eyes, with context and a recommendation attached, and you handle the rest appropriately.
- Clear, professional communication. You write and speak in a way that is warm, precise, and easy for clients and colleagues to act on.
- Adaptability. You are comfortable supporting more than one line of business and switching contexts without dropping details.
- Discretion and reliability. You handle sensitive information with care, maintain confidentiality, and can be counted on to follow through.
- Comfort with learning on the job, asking thoughtful questions, and using AI tools, research resources, and internal systems to self-train and problem solve.
- Helpful but not required: experience in a detail-driven, client-facing field such as financial services, legal services, trust administration, or professional services.
- Helpful but not required: familiarity with tools such as Hub Spot, Asana, Microsoft 365, Docu Sign, or similar client service and workflow platforms.
- Specialized, nationally respected fiduciary firm with a strong educational focus
- Collaborative and supportive team culture that values growth and accountability
- Meaningful work that directly impacts clients and professional partners
- Opportunity to develop deep, niche expertise over time
- Exposure to legal, settlement, and financial services professionals nationwide
