Description
The Care Coordinator works directly with the primary charge nurse. This position provides nursing care to the adult and geriatric population and assists the unit secretary with maintaining documentation compliance for the assigned unit.
Qualifications- 1 year of leadership experience in a Long Term Care facility.
- Virginia State License as Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Current BLS.
Everyone who is offered a position with Fauquier Health is screened for tobacco use as part of the post-offer health assessment and screening. A screening result that is verified positive for tobacco use will result in the job offer being withdrawn.
- Preferred
: 3 years of experience in a Long Term Care facility.
