The Baymont Inn & Suites in Warrenton, VA is looking for a friendly, dependable Night Auditor who enjoys working with people and creating a great guest experience. If you are organized, professional, and customer-focused, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide a welcoming check-in and check-out experience
  • Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
Qualifications
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong math and data entry skills
  • Experience in hotel operations or bookkeeping is a plus
  • Comfortable working overnight alone
  • Basic computer literacy
