Position requires Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with a polygraph. The successful candidate will be a self‑motivated, innovative cloud engineer who will join an existing technical team supporting the advancement of AI/ML/Data Science technologies. The role involves supporting the cloud infrastructure for an enterprise environment, with a broad knowledge of system administration, automation technologies, scripting, security and accreditation practices, and interoperability with enterprise resources and teams.

- Hands‑on experience with AWS and Linux in a production environment
- Experience patching and maintaining system databases, including RDS, MySQL, and Oracle
- Proven experience troubleshooting and solving technical problems
- Knowledge of Federated Identity, RBAC, authentication & authorization solutions
- Understanding of secure‑cloud configuration (e.g., Cloud Trail, AWS Config, IAM) and cloud‑security technologies (e.g., VPC, Security Groups)
- Experience with configuration management (e.g., Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Cloud Formation)
- Experience with security technologies such as NGFW, WAF, SIEM, endpoint security
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced agile environment
- Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated on‑the‑job experience working and solving technical problems independently as a system administrator
- Experience using a scripting language
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and troubleshoot enterprise workflow applications, including installing, starting, and stopping background processes, analyzing logs and event files, and patching and troubleshooting
- Demonstrated ability creating and managing a virtual infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure, Hyper‑V, or VMware
- Experience with an enterprise application development language such as Python, Java, or C#, to include writing simple applications or modifying existing ones
