Oversee daily operations and strategic direction of the Warrenton office to ensure we remain a cornerstone of local support.

Mentor and guide a dedicated team of agents, helping them refine their sales techniques and reach their professional goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies that connect our insurance solutions with the families and businesses who need them most.

Maintain an inviting, productive, and collaborative office culture where everyone feels heard and valued.

Manage business growth targets, consistently tracking progress while celebrating the successes of the entire team.

Engage with the local Warrenton community to build our reputation as a neighbor that truly cares about long-term protection.

Active Virginia Life and Health insurance license.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on sales and leadership.

Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams.

In-depth understanding of the Warrenton, VA local market and its unique insurance landscape.

Advanced proficiency in agency management software and performance tracking tools.

Exceptional ability to foster positive, long-term relationships with both clients and staff.
