Oversee kitchen operations to ensure crave-able food delivered in a timely manner while meeting Chick-fil-A quality requirements;
Coach and develop all kitchen Team Members and Team Leaders;
Manage inventory, end-of-month counts, transfer logs, and ordering to maintain LEAN production;
Maintain food safety and cleanliness, ensure proper procedures are followed, and respond to equipment/facility issues;
Schedule management including night shift, day shift, and 8-hour shifts; ensure coverage and planning
