Schedule: Full Time Weekdays with call as needed

Fauquier Health has 5 main operating rooms plus a Cystoscopy Suite. As a Registered Nurse in our Surgical Services Unit, you will participate in a wide variety of services including Total Joint Replacements, Sports Medicine, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Retina and Spine. Fauquier Health is advancing surgical procedures with minimally invasive robotic surgery on the state-of-the-art da Vinci Xi robotic platform.

• Supervises daily staff activities for the Surgical Services Department
• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to the staff
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels

• Applicants should have a current Virginia state or compact state RN license
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 7 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS are required within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Must have previous OR/Surgical Experience

Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and more. The system offers care for Orthopedics and Spine, a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and robotic-assisted surgery. The fourth floor is devoted to our Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery.
