Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor

As a Registered Nurse House Supervisor, you are embracing a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier.
You will play a vital leadership role in fostering a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration and accountability. You will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor and support staff, ensure regulatory compliance and champion patient‑centered care across departments.
How you’ll contribute- Assumes shift accountability for hospital operations and provides direction and assistance to the primary caregivers in patient‑care areas.
- Acts as a clinical and administrative resource to staff.
- Coordinates and directs activities in emergency situations.
- Counsels and directs unit resource nurses and staff in provision of direct nursing care.
- Functions as a patient advocate. Investigates and resolves patient/customer and staff complaints.

Applicants should have a current Virginia state or compact state RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required within 7 days of hire
- ACLS, PALS required within 7 days of hire
- Five years experience as Registered Nurse in a hospital setting is highly preferred
- Nursing supervisor in ICU and/or ED preferred
