Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN Urology Clinic

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time Weekdays (Mon–Fri, 8:00AM–4:30PM) – Fauquier Health Urology Clinic

We are looking for an LPN to provide and direct clinically appropriate patient care under the direction of a physician, obtain and document patient visit information, manage patient flow and triage calls, and administer injections, vaccines, and medications.

• Provide and direct clinically appropriate patient care to individuals or groups under a physician’s direction and supervision.
• Obtain and document general patient visit information.
• Room patients and manage patient flow throughout the office.
• Triage incoming patient calls and process them according to protocol in a timely manner.
• Administer injections, vaccines, and medications as instructed.

• Current Virginia state or compact state LPN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 7 days of hire.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience as an LPN.
