Position Overview

Registered Nurse (RN), Women's Services –

Schedule:

PRN – Nights Only. Join our Women’s Services Team and contribute to providing exceptional care to patients in our Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery.

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

• Current Virginia state or compact state RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 7 days of hire.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Electronic Fetal Monitor (EFM) certification required within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Women’s Services.
