The Villa at Suffield Meadows is an assisted living facility designed to reflect elegant architecture with a resort‑like feel. With friendly faces and an environment conducive to conversation and relaxation, The Villa offers all the comforts of home for our residents while providing the peace of mind that top‑notch care is always available.

• Provides and directs clinically appropriate patient care to an individual or group of patients under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• As supervised and delegated by the registered nurse, performs plan of care interventions.
• May administer medication.
• Documents patient care given.

• Current Virginia state or compact state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 7 days of hire.
• Preferred: 1 year long‑term care experience.
