Nursing Supervisor (LPN/RN)

Location: Warrenton, VA
Schedule: Part Time 7AM-7PM/11AM-11PM Every Other Weekend

Qualifications

• Licensed as LPN or RN in Virginia

• Preferred: ≥1 year of nursing management or supervisory experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary (based on experience/License)

  • LPN range: $33.50 - $35.00

  • RN range: $40 - $45

  • Weekend shift differentials will apply

• $2,500 sign‑on bonus highlighted in RN/LPN manager roles

What You’ll Do

• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff during shift

• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled nurses and nursing assistants

• Take charge of effective administration during your assigned shift.
